How-To: Upload Images to CreativeStudio

There are 3 ways to upload images to CreativeStudio

There are a few ways to upload an image to CreativeStudio, follow the steps below that are best suited for you.

To view video subtitles in your language, please press c (subtitles/closed captions) followed by settings > subtitles/cc then select your language.

 

Uploading to Galleries From the Designer Page:

    1. Once you have already started creating, on the left-hand side of the screen select the “Galleries” tab, then My Images, or any other folder you may have already created.

    2. Click the “upload image” button. (png., jpg., or svg.)

    3. From there another window will open and you will be given the choice of where you want to upload the image from.

      • Note: you can only upload from Facebook, Instagram, or Pixabay if you have a CreativeStudio Premium Membership

    4. Once you have selected the file you wish to upload, another window will pop-up now the file can be saved.

    5. Now the file will be saved in the Galleries tab and ready for you to use!

 

Uploading images to "Galleries” From the Landing Page

    1. Once you have logged into CreativeStudio you should see the “Galleries” tab located between “Creations” and “Favorites” on the left-side.

    2. From here, follow the steps listed above to upload an image into CreativeStudio.
      • These files still need to be a PNG., JPG., or SVG.

 

Uploading a “PSD” file to “Designs”

    1. Once you are in CreativeStudio design area, on the left-side of the screen select the “Designs” tab and then the My Designs folder.

    2. Now, select “Upload Designs” at the top of the folder window.

    3. Next, a window will pop-up for you to select a (.psd) file to choose from on your computer. Note that PSD files must have more than one layer.

    4. The .psd file will be loaded into the “My Designs” folder.

 

Internal Server Error During Upload

 

If when performing any of the above, you receive an Internal Server Error, we would recommend checking the following:

  • Is the file you are trying to upload one in a support Format for its upload location: PNG, JPG and SVG in Galleries and PSD in Designs.
  • If trying to upload a .psd file, please make sure it has more than one layer.
  • Try and upload a different file, if successful, the issue is with the file itself.
  • Try using Chrome which is the recommended Browser.
    • If you are already using Chrome, try clearing the Cache and Browsing Data.

 

Tips

Make color changes to your file before uploading it to the “Designs” or “Galleries” tabs

In the “Galleries” tab on the CreativeStudio homepage you can add a new folder, delete a folder, and delete an image.
