Open Local File

  1. First, click on the orange PM icon in the task tray (near the time on your start bar).
    • You may have to use the arrow to show the hidden icons.

  2. In the PM menu, select Open Local File.
  3. From there, you will be able to choose the file you wish to print to your Sawgrass printer from your computer.
  4. Press the open button to send the design to your Print Manager.

Tip: When using open local file, always double check that your file type is compatible with the options listed.

Printing From Your Graphic Software or Other

  1. Design or open your desired creation in your software.
  2. Select the printer icon on the top tool bar.
  3. In the preview pop-up, select print and another dialog box will appear.
  4. Do not hit print here just yet! On the bottom left side of the box, there is a PDF drop-down menu. Use this menu to select Sawgrass Print Manager.
  5. After that is selected correctly, the dialog box will disappear and your Sawgrass Print Manager program will launch.

Sawgrass Smart Folder

  1. On your desktop you will see a Sawgrass Smart Folder
  2. Copy and paste or drag and drop you PNG, JPG or PDF file into this folder. Previously printed files will also show in this folder, under Archived Jobs.
  3. The Print Manager Print settings will now open.

Note that you can add and customize Smart Folders from the Smart Folder Manager located in the Print Manager menu. You will also need to enable PDFs in the Smart Folder Manager.

Creative Studio

  1. Choose your desired blank and create your product within the Creative Studio online designer.
  2. After designing, press the Print icon in the upper righthand side of the screen.
  3. Enter all of your chosen settings into the print menu, that the printer is Ready and press the pink print button.

When adding registration marks, make sure that the lines are thick so that your cutter can effectively read them.
