CreativeStudio Export Functionality

CreativeStudio will be sunset February 1st. Based on user feedback, we have added the functionality to export your print jobs.

Please follow the steps below to get started. 

To view video subtitles in your language, please press c (subtitles/closed captions), followed by Settings > Subtitles/cc and then select your language.

1. Open CreativeStudio and select Creations.
2. Open the folder and select the design you wish to open and export.
3. Once loaded, click the Export button to save the file to your computer.
   
   
   
4. Choose the location you wish to save the file and click Save.
   
   
   
5. Open the Sawgrass Print Utility, select Create and then Add File(s).
   
   
   
6. Locate and select the Sawgrass file that we just exported from CreativeStudio.
   
   
   
7. The exported design will now load as a job. There are two options from here:
   
   
   
   1. Option 1: To print the design, set your print settings as desired and then hit Print.
      
      
      
   2. Option 2: Click the export button to save the PNG on your computer and upload the exported PNG to the new MySawgrass design tool.
      
      
      As the uploaded PNG file will have a white background, you can use the Remove Colour tool to remove any white areas from the image. Please see the How to Remove Colour from an Image to know more.

Note: You can only export one creation at a time from CreativeStudio, you will need to repeat the above steps if you wish to export more creations.
