Color Settings for Other Design Software

  • Updated

Unsure if your design software settings are optimized for Sawgrass Printing? Not getting the results you were expecting?

Let's start by checking out those settings. Please choose your preferred program below:

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Photoshop Elements
 CorelDRAW

Program not listed? Let us know!

If you double-checked your settings and still aren't getting the expected results, let's dig a bit deeper. Below are a few starter steps to get you going.

  1. First, you want to make sure you are always printing through your Sawgrass Print Manager. Just select "Sawgrass Print Manager" as your printer when you go to print from the program.

  2. If you still see color issues through Print Manager, go ahead and print a nozzle check to see if you have any missing nozzles. (Hold onto this in case you need us in support!)

  3. Lastly, it's important to do a test run pressing the image onto your substrate. You will not see the full color output until your design is pressed. (Make sure that your temperature and pressure settings are correct for the substrate you are using.)

If you've tried everything above and are still having troubles, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Sawgrass Care team!
