When printing on a macOS computer using Sawgrass Print Manager, you may experience an issue with the output size of your image. If you notice your artwork is smaller than designed, this is due to an issue with the macOS print system communicating with the printer driver.
Upon closer inspection of your image, you'll notice the output is about 4% (exactly 3.988%) smaller than your file. To resolve this issue, you'll want to increase your image size by this amount to compensate. See the example below for illustration purposes:
File size: 5.25 x 8.5 inches
Printed output: 5 x 8.2 inches
Adjusted image size to get accurate output: 5.46 x 8.84 inches
Note: This issue is specific to macOS, and will not be encountered on Microsoft Windows systems.
