A Firmware update may be required if the message is displayed instead of the print button. You will need to perform this update in order to continue printing.
To view video subtitles in your language, please press c (subtitles/closed captions), followed by Settings > Subtitles/cc and then select your language.
Updating the Firmware
- Click Settings in the left hand column
- Click on Devices and Select your printer and then Install next to "Firmware Update Available".
- Click Update Now
- The update will now be in Progress. Please do not power off or disconnect the printer during the update as it can cause irreversible damage to the printer.
The LCD panel will also display "Updating Firmware" with asterisks noting its progress. Don't worry if it does not progress a few minutes at the start, this is normal.
Once the firmware update is complete, the printer will restart. Wait until the printer has fully restarted and its status shows Ready, then click Verify Update.
If you click Verify Update before the printer has returned to Ready status, the verification will fail.
