Why this is needed
On Windows 11 Home, Protected Printing can prevent printer drivers from installing correctly and may cause errors such as:
“Failed to add Language Monitor. (19)”
Turning this setting off usually resolves the issue.
How to Disable Protected Printing
Open Windows Settings
Go to Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners
Scroll down to Windows protected print mode
Click Turn off and then confirm
(Optional) Restart your computer
