Sawgrass Print Utility: System Requirements

 

Hardware 

A 64-bit Processor is required on all platforms
  • Memory (RAM): 8GB Minimum, 16GB or more recommended
  • Processor (CPU): Dual Core 64-bit CPU, Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen or better recommended
    **Windows ARM is not supported (Qualcomm, Snapdragon etc)
    Apple Silicon natively supported. 
  • Available Hard Drive Space: 2GB or greater free.
     
  • Screen Resolution: 1440x900 pixels at 100% zoom minimum, Full HD (1920 x 1080) or higher.
     
  • Internet Connection: Required to sign in to Print Utility.

     

Supported Operating Systems

*Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. 

 

  • Windows 10 (64-bit)*
  • Windows 11 (64-bit)  
  • MacOS 14.x (Sonoma)
  • MacOS 15.x (Sequoia)
  • MacOS 26.x (Tahoe)

 

Supported Design Software

 
  • MySawgrass design tool 

        Recommended Versions: 

  • CorelDRAW v24 or later
  • Canva 2024 or later
  • Adobe Illustrator v26 or later
  • Adobe Photoshop 2023 or later
  • Photoshop Elements 2021 or later

 

Supported File Types
  • File Format: JPG, PNG, PDF, BMP, EPS, GIF, SGY, SGZ, SVG, TIFF, WEBP
  • Recommend Resolution: 300DPI
  • Files must be created from supported design software

Supported Printers & Ink Sets
  • SG500/1000: VersiFlex, Sublijet-UHD, Chromablast-UHD, EasySubli
  • SG400/800: Sublijet-HD, Chromablast-HD, EasySubli
  • VJ-628: Subljet-HD (Dual CMYK, ProPhoto, ProPhotoXF)

    The VJ-628 is not compatible with MacOS.
