Sawgrass Print Utility makes it easy to monitor the status of your printer, including the remaining ink levels for each cartridge and the level of the maintenance tank. Regularly checking these levels helps you avoid unexpected interruptions during printing and ensures your printer continues to operate reliably.
This article explains how to view your printer's ink and maintenance tank levels, as well as other useful device information such as the printer's serial number and firmware version, directly within Sawgrass Print Utility.
- On the main Sawgrass Print Utility window, select Settings.
- Click Devices.
- Select the printer you wish to view the ink levels for. You will now see the levels to the right hand side as well as other information such as the serial number and Firmware version.
Click Refresh Ink Levels if the levels are not showing correctly.
