This article explains how to set up and use Virtual Printers in Sawgrass Print Utility.
Virtual Printers allow you to save specific print settings for one or more compatible printers, making them useful when working with multiple devices or when you regularly use different products, media sizes, print qualities, or job settings.
- First, start by selecting Settings.
- Next, Select Send to Sawgrass Print Utility.
- You will now be able to select the Printer or Printers you wish to set specific Print Settings to. Note that you will only be able to select multiple printers of the same Model and ink type.
- From here, you can now set options such as the Product, Print Quality, Media Size, Type and Source as well the Job Settings (Auto Print, Mirror etc)
- Once you are happy with your chosen settings, click Save Changes.
