SVG files are ideal for creating scalable, high-quality graphics that can be resized without losing clarity. If your artwork is currently in another format, such as EPS, JPG, or PNG, you may need to convert it to SVG before using it within MySawgrass.
There are many ways to create or convert SVG files, including professional design software and online conversion tools. This article will demonstrate how to convert an existing image file to SVG format using an online converter so that it can be uploaded and used within MySawgrass. In this instance, we will be using Convertio.
- Open you web browser and go to https://convertio.co/
- Either click Choose Files or drag & drop your EPS or JPG image onto the screen.
-
Click the drop down to display the file type you wish to convert your image to. Select Vector and then SVG.
- Once done, click Convert.
- When the conversion is complete, click Download.
- You can now upload the converted SVG to DesignMate and use it as a Custom Canvas.
