If you've recently purchased a Sawgrass printer and aren't sure where to begin, the first step is to create your Sawgrass account. Your account is required to complete the printer setup process and provides access to MySawgrass, our online design platform, as well as Sawgrass Print Utility, our print and color management software.
Creating your MySawgrass account
- Go to my.sawgrassink.com .

Click on Join | Login located near the top right

Select Create an Account.
Note: You will also be redirected here if you already installed Sawgrass Print Utility and clicked Sign Up.

Enter the requested details ensuring your email address is correctly entered. If it is not, you will not be able to verify your account. Please also note that your password must include one special character.

Don't forget to check the Captcha, ensure that you have a Sawgrass printer and agree to our terms and conditions.

Once everything has been completed click Signup.

You will now be sent a verification email to your email inbox. This will be sent to the email address you specified during the account creation.

Go to your inbox and click the verification link.
If you haven’t received the Sawgrass account verification email and your email address was entered correctly, please check your spam or junk folder. Additionally, ensure the email hasn’t been blocked by your email server or any email security software you may have in place, such as Barracuda for example.
That's it, your account is now setup. You may use the login details your created to sign in to Sawgrass Print Utility and MySawgrass. This account will not give you access to Sawgrass Print Manager or CreativeStudio as these are now sunsetted.
