If you've recently purchased a Sawgrass Printer but you're unsure where to start, the first step in your sublimation journey will be to create your Sawgrass account. This account is required when setting up your printer and will allow you access to our online Design tool, DesignMate, as well as our print and color management software, Sawgrass Print Utility.
Creating your MySawgrass account
- Go to my.sawgrassink.com .

Click on Join | Login located near the top right

Select Create an Account.
Note: You will also be redirected here if you already installed Sawgrass Print Utility and clicked Sign Up.

Enter the requested details ensuring your email address is correctly entered. If it is not, you will not be able to verify your account. Please also note that your password must include one special character.

Don't forget to check the Captcha, ensure that you have a Sawgrass printer and agree to our terms and conditions.

Once everything has been completed click Signup.

You will now be sent a verification email to your email inbox. This will be sent to the email address you specified during the account creation.

Go to your inbox and click the verification link.
If you haven’t received the Sawgrass account verification email and your email address was entered correctly, please check your spam or junk folder. Additionally, ensure the email hasn’t been blocked by your email server or any email security software you may have in place, such as Barracuda for example.
That's it, your account is now setup. You may use the login details your created to sign in to Sawgrass Print Utility and DesignMate. This account will not give you access to SPM or CreativeStudio.
