To view video subtitles in your language, please press c (subtitles/closed captions), followed by Settings > Subtitles/cc and then select your language.
You may occasionally see an error when uploading certain image files in MySawgrass Design Tool. This most often happens with PNG files downloaded from websites like Etsy or Creative Fabrica.
Error Message
“Error occurred during image upload to the server.”
How to Resolve
Option 1: Convert the Image to a JPEG (Most Common Fix)
Some PNG files are not fully compatible with MySawgrass Design Tool. Converting the image to a JPEG usually resolves the issue.
Steps:
Use an online image converter.
Convert the PNG file to JPEG (.jpg) format.
Upload the new JPEG file into MySawgrass Design Tool.
Continue working on your project.
Option 2: Logout and Log Back In
In rare cases, this message may appear if your MySawgrass session has timed out while the program was open.
Steps:
Return to the MySawgrass home page.
Log back into your account.
Reopen your project and try uploading the image again.
