If you're experiencing issues accessing your MySawgrass account, please review the information below to identify and resolve the problem.
Note that it is no longer possible to login to Sawgrass Print Utility and CreativeStudio following their sunsetting on February 1st 2025.
1. Recently Updated to Sawgrass Print Utility?
If you’ve recently updated from Sawgrass Print Manager to Sawgrass Print Utility, please be aware that your previous login credentials will no longer work.
If not already done so, you must create a new MySawgrass account.
2. Account Verification Required
After creating your MySawgrass account, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address.
Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for this email.
If you do not receive the verification email, it may have been blocked or delayed by your email server or an email protection service, such as Barracuda.
Your account will remain inactive until verified.
Make sure to click the link in the verification email to activate your account.
3. Sawgrass Care vs. MySawgrass Accounts
Please note the difference between these two account types:
Sawgrass Care Account: Used to log in to the Care site (Knowledge Base) to view support ticket status.
MySawgrass Account: Required for accessing MySawgrass, including design tools and the Sawgrass Print Utility.
These accounts are not interchangeable. You cannot use your Sawgrass Care credentials to log in to MySawgrass, and vice versa.
4. Resetting Your Password
If you're trying to reset your password, please keep the following in mind:
You will not receive the password reset email if your account is not verified.
You will also not receive the reset email if you are attempting to reset the password for an old Sawgrass Print Manager or CreativeStudio account. you will need to create a new MySawgrass account to proceed.
