Your Sawgrass printer supports USB, Ethernet, and (depending on the model) Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to choose the connection method that best suits your workflow and environment. If you decide to change the connection type after the printer has already been installed, both the printer and the computer may need to be reconfigured to ensure reliable communication.
This guide explains the steps required to switch between USB, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connections, including any printer settings that need to be updated and when it may be necessary to reinstall the printer driver. Following these instructions will help ensure your printer is correctly detected and continues to operate without interruption.
Important: SG500EUX and SG1000EUX models do not support Wi-Fi connectivity and can only be connected via USB or Ethernet. If you have an EUX model, please disregard any Wi-Fi-related sections in this guide.
Before You Begin
