Resetting the printer back to its default settings will clear any saved settings and return the printer to its original configuration. This can be useful when troubleshooting configuration issues, preparing the printer for a new setup, or resolving problems caused by incorrect printer settings.
Important: Performing Reset All Settings will erase saved printer settings. If you only need to reset the network configuration, select Reset Network Settings instead.
